Welcome to the X-Plane Linux DVD binary archives.

The latest binaries that one might need for an X-Plane DVD are 8.21.

If you have an 8.21 DVD, and it does not have Linux binaries, do NOT run the
net installer to get them. Instead, follow these instructions:
	* Use the latest X-Plane DVD installer for Linux to install the
	  X-Plane resources from the DVD.
	* From this site, manually download the binaries for the
	  architecture that you have, and place them in your X-System
	  folder.
	* Set the binaries executable.
	* Enjoy X-Plane!

If you are trying to install a scenery DVD, and your DVD does not have Linux
binaries, run the latest X-Plane scenery installer.

Using these binaries for a DVD install is not recommended. It is recommended
to update an X-Plane install from the internet using the net install.
Binaries will come with that install.
